Thank you for shopping at Chicology. We value the opportunity to serve you and help outfit an important part of your home.

You may return any product you are not satisfied with that was purchased within 30 days. The item must be in its original, unused condition and packaging.

What if you decide that the shade just doesn’t go with your décor or changed your mind? No problem. You are responsible for the shipping back, but we will handle the refund.

If the product was damaged during shipping or there is a product defect, don’t worry. We will ship out a replacement shade right away. In addition, if there were errors on our part, we are happy to issue a full refund with a pre-paid return shipping label.
Important Note regarding Custom-Made products:
Every custom-made shade from Chicology is assembled from scratch according to your specifications. Therefore, we charge a 25% handling fee for all Custom-Made returns. However, for product defects or measurement errors, please see our Perfect Fit Guarantee.
